Competition Rules

1. All entries must be submitted on-line by sending an email to Each entrant must include his or her name, email address, and return mailing address along with their slogan/ entry. No limit to the number of entries submitted.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. The contest begins on Monday 4th February 2008, and closes on Monday 30th June 2008. is not responsible for on-line entries that are lost or misdirected. The winner will be selected by no later than 10th July 2008, and will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response to our email within 21 days, a new winner will be chosen.

4. The winner may chose their prize(s) up to a total cost of 100 volume points, as determined by the Herbalife catalogues. No refunds given for selected items totalling less than 100 VP (volume points). Prize(s) selected and costing more than 100 VP can be selected PROVIDED the winner makes good the difference in currency value between the total retail value of the goods and the value of the 100 VPs offered in the competition.

5. The Contest is open to all subscribers, customers and supporters of and its associated businesses/ web sites.

6. will not be responsible for telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant''s or any other person''s computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for this contest.

7. The winners will be posted on the Web site at the end of the contest period. Entering the contest constitutes consent to the use of the winner''s slogan for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of and with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). Other entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation.

8. The editors decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered in to regarding any aspect of the competition, rules, prizes, selection of the winner, etc.
